SCG Market Garden

SCG’s Market Garden is a farmer incubator located at The Fairbanks Community Center. This lot is approximately one acre in size and was previously a baseball diamond of the historic Fairbanks Elementary School. The Market Garden was established in 2017 and represents SCG’s growth as a fully functional market farm complete with the organization’s first pack shed facility, a three-bin composting system, and has been designated as Certified Naturally Grown since 2018.
