Lone Pine Community Garden

The Lone Pine Community Garden took root in 2024 thanks to members of the Covenant Presbyterian Church with a vision of providing their neighbors with healthy, local food. The church's partnership with Springfield Community Gardens helps to expand access to gardening space for residents in the Brentwood neighborhood. The garden offers plot rentals to better serve the needs of Springfield's population of over 500 Chin refugees from the country of Myanmar, many of whom are active and talented gardeners.
